Developing Apps Using GenAI…But Do You Know How to Test Them?

Presented by:
Softtek logo

Everyone’s talking about using GenAI to optimize testing, but what happens when your app is GenAI-powered.  This session explores how to test applications that generate dynamic, unpredictable outputs, where traditional approaches start to fall short.

We’ll introduce Softtek’s practical framework for validating GenAI systems, including how to evaluate semantic accuracy, prompt consistency, hallucination rates, and trustworthiness, backed by real lessons learned from enterprise projects.  You’ll also see a live showcase of how our FRIDA Intelligent Test Automation (ITA) platform is evolving to address these new Quality Engineering Challenges.

Whether you're already building with GenAI or preparing to, this session will give you the strategy, vocabulary, and confidence to move forward — and to ensure your GenAI apps are not just cool, but reliable.
