Willetta "Lettie" Ar-Rahmaan is the Sr. Product Manager for IBM Rational Test in IBM DevOps. Ms. Ar-Rahmaan has more than 20 years in QA as Program/Project Test Manager, Automation Test Manager, Business Analyst, and functional tester. She has a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration (NCCU), a M.S. in Information Systems (Strayer) and a M.Div. in Theology (VUU). As a product manager, she brings a wealth of quality engineer and client facing experience from test management, middleware, application, database, web, and automation testing. She has a working knowledge of testing tools including Rational Functional Tester. Ms. Ar-Rahmaan testing background has placed her in different industry where she had to learn quick, be a self-starter and provide team leadership. Her industry experience includes insurance, financial, PBM, HR/Payroll, transportation and retail.
