Anna Patterson is a seasoned expert in quality assurance with over a decade of experience, known for her dynamic roles as an Applitools and Cypress ambassador, mentor, and advocate for smart test automation. Throughout her career, she’s been at the forefront of software testing, leading and coordinating quality initiatives across diverse industries for major names like IBM, Nationwide Insurance, Applause, and WillowTree. Currently, Anna is a Principal Software Quality Engineer at EverFi, a Blackbaud company, where she’s a driving force behind modernizing test automation strategies and ensuring seamless product releases through cutting-edge CI/CD practices. With a background in education, she brings a unique perspective to tech, breaking down complex concepts into clear, actionable insights that empower teams and accelerate success. Outside of the tech world, Anna calls Columbus, Ohio, home, where she enjoys life with her husband and two daughters.
