Amanda Ellison has more than a decade of software quality experience. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in psychology and sociology, a Master's Degree in experimental psychology, and a second Bachelor's Degree in game design. Her software career started as a manual tester at an IT consulting company and she quickly fell in love with automation and devops. She is now the QA Manager at Kimedics in Nashville, TN where she manages a small QA team of her own. She is happiest when she is impacting change in those around her and she sees her direct reports growing into awesome QA engineers.
