Special Hotel Rates for STAREAST Attendees

Book your room reservation at the Renaissance Sea World at the exclusive conference rate by April 6, 2018.

·       Rate:  $224+/night plus $11 Resort Fee for standard room.  Upgraded rooms available at higher rates.  

·       Hotel Block Dates:  Friday, April 27 - Friday, May 5, 2018 – The rate will be honored 3 days pre-&-post conference on a space-&-rate-available basis.

·      Booking Deadline:  April 6, 2018  Space is limited, so please reserve your room early! Use one of these options to make a reservation.

Cancellation policy: Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty equal to one night’s stay plus tax.  Departure date will be confirmed at check-in.  Departure earlier than this date will result in an early departure fee.

 

The $11 Resort Fee includes:

·       High-speed Internet in guest rooms

·       Two bottles of water, refreshed daily

·       Fitness Center access, including bike rental

·       10% off Spa treatments and merchandise, I-Ride Trolley tickets (2)
