If you require a visa invitation letter to attend the conference, please note that we have specific requirements to process your request. These measures are in place to ensure a secure and efficient process for all attendees. To receive a visa invitation letter, you must: - Be a fully registered and paid attendee for the conference.
- Provide a scanned copy or clear photo of your valid passport.
- Provide a copy of your flight and hotel confirmations for your trip to the conference host city.
- Provide confirmation of your professional or academic affiliation.
Please Note: All required documents must be provided before we can process your request. Visa invitation letters are issued as supporting documents and do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests with immigration authorities. After receiving all of the necessary documentation, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your request and issue the letter. |
