Kim Janik is a software quality engineer at Intel, advocating quality, process improvement, and teamwork. After years of being lead on her own teams, Kim now works with other teams to help them meet their quality goals. She received her M.S. degree in computer engineering from Portland State University. Kim credits her success to her passion for learning new things as well as her diverse background. Her varied roles have included ScrumMaster, quality champion, validation engineer, software engineer, hardware design engineer, computer science instructor, and zombie apocalypse survival instructor.
