Mobile Biometric Load Testing with JMeter

Add to calendar

As mobile biometrics become more readily available, we will inevitably need to tune them for better performance. Eye and face scans, handwriting, voice recognition, and fingerprints are all being used today, with more identifiers being researched for their effectiveness. Using JMeter, Kurtis Moore will show you how to load test your application and architecture stack to find any bottlenecks that may be present, whether you're storing the user's personal identifiable information on the mobile device or remotely. You'll leave with a better understanding of how to use JMeter for mobile load testing when ramping up test users, using concurrent threads, pulling from predefined test bases, and randomizing user bases. Discover what detailed reporting on the performance of your app and architecture is available in JMeter and learn how to test and protect your users' most valuable information.
